Promenade Parramatta on track for completion with purchasers being attracted by the affordability and premium quality finishes

Starryland Australia’s successful $550M masterplanned residential development Promenade in Parramatta is on track with Stage 2 due for completion this December and Stage 3 following shortly after in March 2018. Located on the Parramatta riverfront at 2 Morton Street, the 773-apartment project has been phenomenally successful and highly sought after with just 38 apartments remaining.
