Grand Bondi Junction gets nod of approval

Iris Capital has just received approval from Waverley Council for the Development Application of their latest mixed-use development in Bondi Junction – Grand Bondi Junction.

With architecture and interior design by renowned Bates Smart Architects, the development will house 39 luxury apartments with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options inclusive of stepped communal garden terraces. There will be secure basement resident and visitor parking and all apartments will have at least 1 car space and generous storage – something that is celebrated among apartment living.

Iris Capital CEO Sam Arnaout says Grand will provide buyers with a premium living experience in a central location just minutes from Sydney CBD allowing residents to enjoy the best amenity the eastern suburbs lifestyle has to offer.

“The types of buyers we expect to attract will include young professionals and empty nesters who are looking to downsize form their current homes without compromising of quality design – they also want convenient living. We have also experience a demand for buyers wanting this type of product,” said Mr Arnaout.

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction on Ebley Street, Grand will sit opposite the celebrated Westfield complex and 200 metres from the train and bus interchange and is only a 3 minute drive to beautiful Centennial Park and a 5 minute drive to the iconic Bondi Beach.

With a number of highly anticipated projects in the pipeline, Iris Capital will also develop the master-planned residential East End development in Newcastle which recently lodged a DA for stage 1 incorporating 228 apartments following a lengthy consultation process with Newcastle Council. The developer has been working collaboratively with council members to ensure East End is perfectly matched to the needs of the Newcastle region and wider community. Iris Capital is also about to launch Wyndham Ridge Estate land subdivision in the Hunter Valley – an impressive house and land package ideally positioned, providing the perfect location for families in the region which promises to create a thriving new community.

A sales launch will take place for Grand Bondi Junction this August and will be managed through CBRE Residential. For further information, please contact Kate Funnell at The Trish Nicol Agency on + 61 2 9356 2711 or
